Delicious homemade pasta with HOMY90 from H.Koenig.
With a power of 220 watts, prepare up to 600 g of fresh pasta in just a few minutes. Its intuitive LCD screen allows you to select from its 8 available programs: 6 automatic and 2 manual, including 1 gluten-free.
Equipped with an integrated scale, simply pour in the flour of your choice and fill its 375 ml water tank. The machine then selects the right amount of water and starts the preparation: mixing, kneading and extracting your dough. A built-in fan even dries the pasta as it comes out, preventing it from sticking together.
Supplied with 7 different molds, you can make a wide range of recipes: spaghetti (thin, medium and large), tagliatelle, penne, fettuccine and lasagna. Vary the pleasures by flavoring your pasta withautres ingredients such as tomatoes, pesto, olives, etc. A measuring cup for flour and water is also provided to facilitate your recipes.
Practical, the device has a built-in drawer to store accessories. Easily removable, its parts are dishwasher safe and a small brush is provided to help with cleaning.
