- Remove all packaging and protective parts.
- Rinse with warm soapy water before first use.
- Select the right hob or gas size for each of your cooking utensils. On an induction hob, the diameter of the hearth should match that of the magnetizable bottom of the cookware.
- Use a moderate temperature to preheat the cookware.
- Never preheat an empty vessel.
- Do not use corrosive or excessively oxidizing chemicals to clean the utensil. This could alter the quality of the utensil and cause a chemical reaction, leaving indelible stains.
- If stubborn stains are difficult to remove during use, don't hesitate to rub them with white vinegar.
- As salt and vinegar are highly corrosive to stainless steel, we recommend that you don't leave the cooked dish in the container for too long.
- Clean your utensil after each use.
