• Remove all protective packaging and parts.
• Rinse with warm soapy water before first use.
• Select the correct gas or hotplate size for your cookware.

• Never preheat your cookware with no load or at high power.
• Do not use abrasive materials to cook or clean your cookware: this could damage the coating. Prefer wooden or silicone utensils, or soft-sided sponges.
