Ready-to-use mirror glaze. Perfect for glazing desserts such as mousse cheesecake, Bavarois, semifreddi, fresh fruit. Instructions for use: ready-to-use. Heat icing to 37°C, stir, then pour over frozen mixture. Water and food coloring can be added to the glaze as required. The 250 g pack is suitable for covering a Ø22 x h 4 cm cake.
