The TV unit Bequest is part of the Bequest series from the Dutch interior decoration brand WOOOD. Made from recycled pine, the Bequest series showcases the distinctive design of carved woodwork on the drawer and door fronts. The antique black finish gives this piece a lived-in look. The metal base allows Bequest to support significant weight and remains stable on flat surfaces.

Material

Recovered wood is also known as recycled wood. This means that the signs of years of usage are clearly visible in the characteristic items. Each type of wood has its own natural features, with recycled wood showing deep grain marks that are very noticeable. No new trees need to be cut down for recycled wood, making this wood transformation very sustainable.
