The Sara material is made from a combination of certified FSC hardwood and MDF. The seat is filled with T3538 foam, and the back contains T2130 foam, providing firm, supportive seating comfort. The foam seat is held in shape by sturdy elastic bands. The legs are made of birch wood. Sara is upholstered in large-weave velvet. Our large weave velvet has a distinctive structure, giving it a luxurious look and a special sheen. The soft fabric is made of 64% recycled PET plastic (synthetic fibres made from recycled PET bottles - so doubly recycled!), 29% polyester thread, and 7% RCO. The large texture velvet has a Martindale rating of 100,000, making it resistant to loops, fading, and wear.
