The compact stainless steel DF 300 deep fryer with a capacity of 5 litres of oil provides enough space for up to 1.5 kg of delicious fried foods. Chips, chicken nuggets, and calamari always turn out perfectly thanks to the professional heating system with cold zones up to 190°C - without burning, as the high-performance heating elements are fully immersed in the oil! This means that the bottom of the tank is cooler than the top of the heating elements (where the food is fried). If fried food falls through the basket, it doesn’t burn at the bottom of the tank. This saves a lot of time when it comes to cleaning. The cold zone fryer can be completely disassembled. If necessary, the frying fat can be poured into a storage container, and all components of the fryer can be easily cleaned.

The built-in timer offers additional ease of use. With this, the cooking time for fried foods can always be set. That way, you’ll never forget chips in the fryer again!
